Late & Cancellation Policy 

• Participants are encouraged to arrive within the 30 minute reception period. Late arrivals beyond this time may result in missing critical parts of the event and disrupting someone's share.

• TorontoSOS reserves the right to deny entry to participants arriving significantly after the event has started. Please plan your travel and schedule accordingly to avoid disappointment.

• Cancellation by Participant: If you need to cancel your participation, please notify TorontoSOS as soon as possible.

  • Cancellations made 3 before the event will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the event will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the circumstances.

• Cancellation by TorontoSOS: In the event that TorontoSOS needs to cancel an event (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment), participants will receive a full refund of any fees paid.

• Refunds will be issued using the same method as the original payment.

• Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

• TorontoSOS reserves the right to reschedule events if necessary (e.g., due to weather conditions or venue availability).

• Participants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible, and efforts will be made to accommodate participants' schedules.
